EXW from our Crete facility
All products ship EXW (Ex Works) from our bottling facility in Kerameia, Chania. Your freight forwarder collects the goods at our door; title and risk transfer at that point. You arrange and pay for inland transport, port handling, export customs, ocean / air freight, and import clearance.
Convenience option
Carpos-arranged transport to Piraeus
On request we can arrange the domestic leg from Crete to Piraeus port — Greece's main export gateway — and hand the cargo over to your forwarder there. Cost is quoted at the time of the inquiry; it's a paid service, not bundled into the unit price.

Use your own logistics partner
If you prefer to control the route end-to-end, just send us your forwarder's details with your inquiry. We'll coordinate the pickup at our facility on the date they specify. Many of our regular buyers use their own freight contracts because they've already negotiated rates with their carrier.
Documents we provide with every export
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin (EUR.1 on request for preferential origin)
- Phytosanitary certificate when required by the destination market
- Certificate of analysis for each batch
- HS classification code on the invoice for smoother customs clearance
