What's the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is one full pallet per format. We can be flexible for first-time samples or mixed-format pilot orders — get in touch and we'll find the right fit.
Which packaging formats do you offer?
Glass (250ml, 500ml, 750ml), tin (500ml, 1L, 3L, 5L), and PET (1L, 2L, 5L). All formats can be private-labelled. See the products page for full specs and case configurations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export to the EU, UK, North America, and select markets across Asia and the Middle East. EXW, FOB, and CIF terms are all available — we'll quote the option that works best for your route.
What certifications do you carry?
ISO 22000, IFS Food, and BRCGS for food safety. Organic-certified lots are available on request. Certificates of analysis ship with every export order.
What's the typical lead time?
Standard orders ship within 3–4 weeks of confirmed PO. Custom labelling adds roughly 2 weeks for design approval and printing. We'll give you a firm date with your quote.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes — private label is one of our core offerings. We handle label design coordination, regulatory copy review for your target market, and full production. Ask us about minimums for custom labels.
